7 standard portions of natural yogurt
1/4 liter of cream
125g/4.4oz. of sugar
4 sheets of gelatine
40g/1.4oz. of cream
1 sheet of gelatine for the serving cups
1/4 glass of water.
1. Whip the cream together with the sugar.
2. Once the cream forms soft peaks, add to it the yogurt and the four sheets of gelatine and stir.
3. Melt the other sheet of gelatine in a little boiling water and brush it into the serving cups.
4. Pour the mixture into the cups.
5. Place in the freezer for 12 hours.
